You reduced the fear you've been carrying around & felt excited, ready & prepared as possible?
A few things you should know about me (before we get all TMI about birthy stuff)
I’m a mama to two cute little humans (so I’ve been where you are you, too)
I actively work as a midwife, which keeps me in touch with what goes on in the birthing system.
I love my job as a childbirth educator – connecting with families and witnessing the transformation from fear to “I’ve got this!”
I combine physical and emotional preparation and take a truly holistic approach, from mental strength to self-confidence to connection to your body. We cover it all.
I truly believe education can change the experience of birth and beyond.
